Ouka Sora was built on a simple belief: life moves fast, but that's no reason to settle for a boring meal. From poke bowls to ramen to bubble tea, everything here is made to be genuinely satisfying.
The founding team
Ouka Sora was founded by Andy Chen alongside co-founders Lily Liu, Huang Chen, and Danhua — a team united by the idea that healthy, delicious food should be easy to find every single day. That shared mission is still what drives every location.
The idea behind it all
The team believes food is "a beautiful connection between people and life" — not just fuel. That philosophy shapes everything on the menu, from rich ramen to fresh poke bowls built exactly the way you want them.
A menu built for variety
Ramen, poke bowls, sushi burritos, teriyaki, fried rice and noodles, Hawaiian BBQ, gyoza, spring rolls — and a full drink menu of bubble tea, fruit tea, and smoothies. There's always something new to try, and something familiar to come back for.
